hold silent + volume up + camera key and power on/off key
dont release any key release only powerの button& wait till triangle to appear
after that release all buttons then again press volume up & camera button together you will
 see a format menu の scroll down to wipe data factory reset with volume down key & press silent key on the

top to select

 To resetの your phone to factory settings and erase all
the data on your phone, press Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
Warning: All data on your phone の will be deleted. Data on your memory card will not be deleted. 

Note: If you forget your unlock pattern, you will need to reset your phone to its initial factory settings

In the unlikely event that your phone stops responding
to taps and key presses,の try a quick reset. Remove the
back cover and battery, then replace and turn on your phone as usual.
