Heres the solution for Nokia E63 LCD display problems like white Lcd, blank or black Lcd displays. This solution may help if after flashing the device firmware but nothing happens but the problem still exist.

The solution below show the display line paths from the LCD Lcd pin connector through  to the EMI filter ICs. The ESD-EMI filter is located at the side of the PCB board near the application processor chip.

You may replace check and replace one or both of those EMI filter IC if  tryiong to fix display problem issues on Nokia E63. Trace the each corresponding line paths first for a water damaged device before installing a Ne LCD display filter IC.
